Transform your leadership practice through a three-part, 12-hour series designed to strengthen self-awareness, build inclusive teams, and navigate conflict with clarity and confidence. Optional one-on-one Executive Coaching is available for deeper integration and growth.

Transformative Leadership includes the following modules:

  • Leadership Development is self-development.  Given that we lead based on who we are and our racial context (Rogers-Ard, 2020), this module focuses on understanding who we are as leaders and our personal impact". (6 hours)

  • "Organizations are made up of people in smaller groups; to be effective, each business unit needs to understand the difference between being a working group and being a team. Using Lencioni (2002) and Brown (2018), this module offers tangible strategies for leaders to shift from groups to teams.  Opportunities for additional work within teams are available. (3 hours)

  • Conflict is a natural part of life, but can derail productivity and effectiveness.  This module offers concrete steps for leaders to mitigate and resolve disputes that sow discord. Opportunities for additional work within teams is available. (3 hours)

  • Participants can access individualized coaching after completing the series to further apply concepts to real-world leadership scenarios.

This 6-part professional learning series invites you to explore historical and contemporary social systems, reflect critically on identity and power, and develop tools to help you foster more inclusive, equity-aligned spaces.

Each 2-hour session is a complete learning experience on its own and can be taken individually or as part of the full series, whatever fits your leadership journey best.

  • It is imperative that organizations develop shared language towards building healthy conversational tools; what we cannot discuss, we cannot shift. This module focuses on definitions and offers ways to use inclusive language designed to create safe, effective workplaces

  • Understanding and building social-emotional skills is key to offering inclusive workplaces. This module helps to increase awareness, relationships, and social skills across multiple differences and creates a foundation for effective organizational culture.

  • Based on Wilkerson's seminal work (2020), this module requires two sessions to help understand the fragmentation of the United States' caste system.  After understanding, these two modules offer concrete strategies to create safe, inclusive workplaces in the midst of turmoil.

  • In an effort to understand terms that threaten to divide, this module focuses on understanding CRT and its impact on educational systems. We present factual information, then ask participants to grapple with these concepts against the backdrop of their organization's culture.

  • Unlike other training sessions, we offer space for leaders and participants to create a plan of action - both personal and organizational - to use what has been learned towards making actionable shifts.  Participants will share their next steps within the group to ensure accountability and build community
