Leadership Series

Transformative 

Transform your leadership practice through a three-part, 12-hour series designed to strengthen self-awareness, build inclusive teams, and navigate conflict with clarity and confidence. Optional one-on-one Executive Coaching is available for deeper integration and growth. The Transformative Leadership Series included topics such as:

  • Explore the distinction between leading and managing, uncover the influence of identity on your leadership style, and engage with a reflective framework to support continuous growth. This session lays the foundation for aligned, values-based leadership that adapts and empowers. (6 hours)

  •  Using elements of Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead framework, this session explores what it takes to build teams that thrive on trust, accountability, and equity. Learn how to foster psychological safety and create environments where collaboration and innovation can flourish. (3 hours)

  • Gain practical tools for addressing conflict in real time. Learn to distinguish between values, violations, and unmet expectations, strengthen your communication, and set clear boundaries that support a healthy, high-performing team culture. (3 hours)

  • Participants can access individualized coaching after completing the series to further apply concepts to real-world leadership scenarios.

This 6-part professional learning series invites you to explore historical and contemporary social systems, reflect critically on identity and power, and develop tools to help you foster more inclusive, equity-aligned spaces.

Each 2-hour session is a complete learning experience on its own and can be taken individually or as part of the full series, whatever fits your leadership journey best.
