Leadership Development is self-development. Given that we lead based on who we are and our racial context (Rogers-Ard, 2020), this module focuses on understanding who we are as leaders and our personal impact". (6 hours)

"Organizations are made up of people in smaller groups; to be effective, each business unit needs to understand the difference between being a working group and being a team. Using Lencioni (2002) and Brown (2018), this module offers tangible strategies for leaders to shift from groups to teams. Opportunities for additional work within teams are available. (3 hours)

Conflict is a natural part of life, but can derail productivity and effectiveness. This module offers concrete steps for leaders to mitigate and resolve disputes that sow discord. Opportunities for additional work within teams is available. (3 hours)
