Rooted In Authenticity

As a published author, adjunct professor, organizational development specialist, and former school district educator with over 30 years of experience, I specialize in coaching agency leaders to dismantle racist policies, practices, and procedures that threaten organizational health. As principal lead of Harvest Consulting, I design and facilitate customized leadership and racial bias training utilizing Social-Emotional best practices. As a certified Dare to Lead and The Leadership Challenge trainer, my work showcases the necessity for organizational Core Values to drive employee retention and outcomes.

.

In an effort to address our current political climate, with BW3L I offer leadership development for Black women in affinity. Using my Black Female Leadership Framework to curate an unapologetic space for Black women to share, learn, empathize, and receive transformative support to address intersectional racism.

As a keynote speaker, I bring a unique blend of wisdom, authenticity, and heart to every stage I step onto. If you're ready to see your audience truly transformed, let’s make it happen. My focus is on creating spaces for empowerment, transformation, and lasting impact, where people leave not just inspired, but ready to take action, grounded in truth, and open to new possibilities.

“I am bringing the wealth of who I am into any space: my culture, my beauty, my brilliance; I  bring all of that when I walk in the door. I don’t shift for your comfort; you shift to be in my presence”.
