What is BW3L?

BW3L is an intentional affinity space for Black women, curated and facilitated by Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard. One concrete strategy to manage racial trauma is being in affinity over time; the toll of working and living within white supremacist systems leaves very little room for Black women to breathe.

This cohort-based leadership development experience happens over a 1 year period, with four online sessions and one culminating session in person.

BW3L is an unapologetic space for Black women to share, learn, and provide transformative support to address intersectional racism.
